Buccees

I've typed out Buccees description over and over again and can't seem to put into words just how great this horse is. He is a true, pure soul in absolutely every way. If you looked up sane and solid in the dictionary, there should be a photo of him beneath it. He can be trusted with any age or level of rider. Our little ones ride him all over the farm, and we never have to worry because we know they are safe and having fun. He knows a days work on the ranch, looks fantastic in English tack, and is equal parts useful and enjoyable. If you need an old soul to do a bit of everything with, he is your man. Buccees is for the rider that values safety and true enjoyment every moment they are with their horse. He's not just a poke along trail horse either, he has all of the skills and talent that will have even the most seasoned rider smiling from ear to ear.

In the ring, Buccees is tolerant and forgiving. He has a great neck rein, stop, and three comfortable gaits. He is happy going English or western, and is just as happy to go to work as he is to ride along on a loose rein. Under English tack, he will collect and poop over jumps. Under western tack, he rides one handed on a loose rein. He is a great partner to learn, build confidence, and relax with.

On the ranch, Buccees has a lot of cow and is a great partner sort on. In the pasture he is reliable and solid. He's stout to the horn and can easily go out and doctor alone. He will open and close gates, carry you through deep mud, and cross any obstacle you may come across. On the trails, Buccees has seen it all. Nothing phases him and he handles all situations and places like he's seen it all before. They don't make a trail horse any better than him. He will ride alone, in a group, and lead the way for other nervous horses and riders.

In the barn, Buccees is sweet and gentle. He is a teddy bear that genuinely loves being a part of a family. Even in the pasture, he's the first one to the gate, looking forward to seeing his people. He has fantastic ground manners, stands tied, and is easy to trailer and go new places with. It's hard to love a horse more than Buccees, he is the complete package and then some.
