Cash
If you’re on the hunt for a do it all gelding with looks, brains, and zero drama, meet this 5-year-old AQHA gray gelding affectionately known as “Cash” he stands 14.3 hands of pure practicality. He’s the kind of horse that shows up to work every day with a good attitude and a “just tell me what to do” mindset which is more than we can say for most people. He’s gentle, safe, sound, and sensible enough to pack around just about anyone without checking your riding resume first.
He’s been used on the ranch gathering and sorting cattle and handles the job like a seasoned hand. Open gates, push cows through the brush, he does it all without acting like it’s beneath him. He’s not the kind to spook at a flapping raincoat or a snorty heifer, and he’s perfectly content being your right-hand man out in the pasture or helping you impress the neighbors back at the pens.
He’s also logged more trail miles than a Boy Scout troop. From overnight camping trips to winding timber trails, he’s steady, sure-footed, and knows how to pick his way through just about anything without launching into orbit. Tie him to a trailer, a tree, or your bumper—he’ll be there when you get back, probably taking a nap.
Oh, and if you’re feeling fancy, he’s been ridden English too. That’s right, this gritty little cowhorse has jumped the cross country logs and navigated the arena with his nose tucked like he read the rulebook. He transitions from cowboy to equestrian like it’s no big deal. If you want a horse with a cool head, a willing heart, and a touch of gray horse charm, this guy’s the full package with just enough personality to keep you laughing.
