Mufasa is a 4  year old American Warmblood gelding standing 16.1  hands high. This horse was born quiet and sensible. He has the brain that you wish every horse could have. Nothing spooks him, no new environments get him worked up, and he will only continue to age like a fine wine. Mufasa has the best feel while trotting across the arena, hop on him and you'll be all smiles - the kind of ride that can turn any bad day around. He can be stalled for days at a time and ride out just as quiet as he would if he was ridden 6 days in a row. He has been so much fun on the cross country field and on hunter paces. Mufasa is so brave, scoopey, and talented! Whether you want a future show partner, a trail horse, eventer, or dressage mount - Mufasa will be that safe and  reliable partner for whatever you want to do together.

 

In the ring, Mufasa has three quality gaits and a natural round headset. He's easy to ride in the bridle, or on a loose rein. He is broke both English and western, and has the foundation to succeed in any discipline. Over fences, Mufasa is brave and sure footed. He has been on various hunter paces and cross country schoolings,  where he's seen ditches, coupes, walls, logs, and more! He has schooled and gone to clinics all over, and always steps off the trailer like he been there a million times before.

On the trails, Mufasa will go absolutely anywhere you point him. he will ride alone, or in a group. He steps right into water, crosses busy streets, is safe in traffic, and is sure footed on every type of terrain he has seen. He loads up in the trailer and rides off in any place safely and calmly. Anyone can safely enjoy Mufasa on the trails!

In the barn, Mufasa is easy to have around. He is happy living inside or out, and is turned out with both mares and geldings. He has fantastic ground manners, and stands well for all the usual barn activities. He's used to kids, dogs, and livestock running around, and doesn't get worked up at all by his environment.

Mufasa is an easy keeper with no maintenance or vices. We have a clean vet check on file.
