Willie Nelson is an 11 year old Quarter Pony gelding standing 13 hands high. From his good looks, his sensible brain, and versatile background, Willie is one your family will remember fondly for years to come! He rides both English and western, jumps around the cross country course, works cattle, trail rides, and pony rides the little ones around. Bring home a pony that’s reliable, seen the world, and is ready to be your partner on absolutely any adventure.  

 

Willie has been ridden just about anywhere you can take a pony. He does the trail obstacle courses, goes for rides into town, done the fun 4h type shows with the kids, and more! You can be stress free letting the kids hop on to try new things because he is the same pony whether you are trotting in circles at home, gathering cows, camping, or out on a hunter pace. 

 

In the barn, Willie Nelson is a very good boy and a pleasure to have around. He’s used to all the kids climbing on him and running about, nothing phases him. He’s used to dogs, farm machinery, traffic, and more. He’s a good boy for all the usual barn tasks, and is an easy horse to have in the barn. Willie lives out in a mixed herd of mares and geldings and gets along well with his pasture mates. He is an easy keeper with no maintenance or vices.
